Quality Management

We do sampling tests for aluminum cases including dimension measurement, hardness test, explosion-proof test, chlorine analysis, high-speed punching test, end-product inspection and all the necessary quality assessment procedures in order to make sure the products are qualified before delivery to the customers.

APON has been awarded a series of international quality certificates. We are accredited with the CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY OF QUALITY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION - ISO9001:2000. We care about industrial pollution. We are also accredited with the ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATE-ISO14000:2004. Both certificates issued by China National Accreditation Service (CNAS). The technical specification and quality of the aluminum cases are comparable to those manufactured by developed countries, but we believe our prices are more competitive

Safety Rupture Valve

Safety rupture valve and shape: cases above Ø8, the safety rupture valve is located at the bottom of the case. We equip with rupture test equipment for testing the reliability of the safety valve for the products.

Cleaning Stage

After the manufacturing process, each case is washed with dry cleaning agents without any residue on the surface of each case and making sure they are cleaned with good gross surface appearance before delivering to the clients.

Cargo Handling and Delivery

Avoiding product damage during transportation, all cases are packed with polyethylene bags into small packing sizes and then packed with double layer-corrugated box for export and local delivery. For larger local customers, we specially arrange trucks to deliver the goods to their factories.

End-Product Storage

All our products are well stored in the warehouse at room temperature with standard relative humidity.
